The App that my company developed is called MyMunicipality Online. This is a mobile Application available for both iOS and Android devices. The App is a link between Community members and their particular Municipality. It is available free for download from all the App stores.
Once a user downloads the app, they register with their particular municipality and immediately after that their Municipal account number is linked to their profile. From there on the user will be able to perform self-service tasks like pay municipality rates and taxes, buy electricity and water, receive statements and print them out, log complains and communicate directly with various departments etc.
